Lunch:  Chow Mein Chinese Noodles, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , Pork Loin (Tenderloin) , Regular Coffee. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Budweiser Beer, Gin (90 Proof) , Tonic Water .
