Fat: 54.67g | Prot: 126.10g | Carb: 240.97g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter. Lunch:  100% Natural Italian Sauce Flavored with Meat, Ground Turkey, PLUS Penne Pasta. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Candied Walnuts, Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna. Snacks/Other:  Non Fat Frozen Yogurt, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Thirst Quencher Lemon-Lime Instant Mix.
