Fat: 127.32g | Prot: 135.83g | Carb: 283.48g.   Breakfast:  Oat Bran, usn pure protein igf. Lunch:  Atlantic Salmon Chilli & Lime, salad. Dinner:  Brown Bread. Snacks/Other:  Almond Nuts Raw, biltong, Chocolate, Chocolate cake, coffee, coffee, Dark Chocolate, Peanut butter, Soft servce ice cream, Strawberries, sugar.
