Fat: 72.08g | Prot: 106.43g | Carb: 155.68g.   Breakfast:  All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes, ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, Bananas, Hardwood Smoked Turkey Franks, Pomegranate juice cocktail, zero sugar added. Lunch:  Almonds, Corn, Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning, Peaches, Pecan Nuts, Strawberries, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Dinner:  Asparagus, Beef Steak, Broccoli, Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, Skinless, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Peaches, Walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Ice Cream Bar, Light String Cheese.
