Fat: 72.08g | Prot: 106.43g | Carb: 155.68g.   Breakfast:  Pomegranate juice cocktail, zero sugar added, Bananas, ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, Hardwood Smoked Turkey Franks, All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes. Lunch:  Peaches, Strawberries, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning, Corn, Pecan Nuts, Almonds. Dinner:  Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, Skinless, Broccoli, Beef Steak, Asparagus, Peaches, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream Bar, Clementines, Light String Cheese.
