Fat: 36.06g | Prot: 71.89g | Carb: 294.96g.   Breakfast:  Green Tea, Milk, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts). Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Chocolate Milk (Lowfat), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Sweetened Condensed Milk. Dinner:  Apples, Bananas, Lean Turkey Sausages, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Toasted Reduced Calorie High Fiber Multigrain Bread.
