Fat: 24.69g | Prot: 76.57g | Carb: 75.67g.   Breakfast:  Egg White , Green Tea, Hummus , Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz). Lunch:  Clementines, Fruit Salad, Premium Protein Powder - Chocolate. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Salami, Shaved Smoked White Turkey Lunch Meat. Snacks/Other:  Octoberfest Beer.
