Fat: 94.97g | Prot: 58.38g | Carb: 230.38g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Alpen, Bananas, Blueberries, Brazil Nuts, Grapes, Milk. Lunch:  Blue Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, cucumber, Fine Milled Oatcakes, Lancashire Cheese, lettuce, Nut Danish Pastry (Includes Almond, Raisin Nut, Cinnamon Nut), red pepper. Dinner:  Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Flapjack, Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), Merlot Wine, Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat), Pork and Beef Sausage, Red Cabbage. Snacks/Other:  Hand Cooked, Hummus.
