Fat: 60.94g | Prot: 76.96g | Carb: 206.61g.   Breakfast:  Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 Strawberry, Bran Cereal, Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, Organic Puffed Kamut Cereal. Lunch:  Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar, Blackberries, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cheddar Cheese, Fat Free Sour Cream, Gouda Cheese, Mushrooms, Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Wheat Bran, Yellow Summer Squash. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate (Snack Size), Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets.
