Lunch:  Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts. Dinner:  Yellow Summer Squash, Blackberries, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Wheat Bran, Fat Free Sour Cream, Sweet Red Peppers, Balsamic Vinegar, Spinach, Gouda Cheese, Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Chocolate (Snack Size).
