Fat: 84.00g | Prot: 159.42g | Carb: 190.15g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Egg, Egg White , Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , pork, vegatable stirfry. Dinner:  Karen's Pizza. Snacks/Other:  Colby Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, Light Butter Microwave Popcorn, Whole Wheat Fig Bar.
