Fat: 54.46g | Prot: 87.70g | Carb: 172.99g.   Breakfast:  Ciabatta Rolls, Coffee with Sugar, Virginia Brand Ham, Vermont Cheddar Cheese (Yellow & White). Lunch:  Go Raw Trek Mix - Just A Handful, V-Fusion + Tea Pomegranate Green Tea. Dinner:  Shrimp Fried Rice, Baked or Broiled Fish. Snacks/Other:  Luna Bar - S'mores, Coffee with Sugar, macarons.
