Lunch:  White Rice, Cooked Eggplant, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , Regular Coffee, Skinless Chicken Breast, Long Beans (Dow Gok). Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Tonic Water , Gin (90 Proof) , Budweiser Beer.
