Fat: 34.51g | Prot: 58.47g | Carb: 149.93g.   Breakfast:  Tostadas Integrales Estilo Rústico, Kiwi, Pechuga de Pavo 0% Materia Grasa, Queso Burgos Desnatado, Pan Integral, Galletas Relieve. Lunch:  Salmón al Horno o a la Parrilla, Alubia Blanca, Leche Condensada Desnatada, Aceite de Oliva Extra Virgen, Vinagre Balsámico de Módena, Fresas. Dinner:  Fresas, Pico Reventao, Habas. Snacks/Other:  Galletas Relieve, Torta (Tipo Galleta), Leche Condensada Desnatada, Crema al Cacao con Avellanas.
