Lunch:  Greek 100 Yogurt - Strawberry, Bite Size Frosted Shredded Wheat. Dinner:  6" Subway Seafood Sensation (with Cheese), Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips (46.6g), Lipton Brisk Raspberry Tea (16 oz). Snacks/Other:  Rolo Minis, Hot Cocoa.
