Fat: 60.58g | Prot: 135.08g | Carb: 212.51g.   Breakfast:  Oat Bran, usn pure protein igf, strawberries. Lunch:  salad, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Chocolate cake. Snacks/Other:  usn diet fuel, coffee, sugar, Dark Chocolate, water, tea, pecan nuts.
