Fat: 92.40g | Prot: 105.94g | Carb: 205.68g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Almond Milk, Hardwood Smoked Turkey Franks, All-Bran Original, Nectarines, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, No pulp, Calcium + vitamin D) (Tropicana Beverages). Lunch:  Atkins chicken alfredo, Strawberries, Blackberries, Pecan Nuts, Almonds. Dinner:  Blackberries, Just For One - Broccoli & Cheese Sauce, Cherry Tomatoes, Whole Kernel Corn, Strawberries, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Bell Peppers, Avocados, Pecan Nuts, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters). Snacks/Other:  Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Clementines, Wheat Twins, Peanut Butter.
