Fat: 64.28g | Prot: 97.08g | Carb: 139.58g.   Breakfast:  chobani greek yogurt, cliff bar, egg, Organic Multi Grain with Omega 3. Lunch:  Avocados, kirkland smoked salmon, Sweet Potato Tortilla Chip Rounds, trader joe's salsa. Dinner:  filet mignon steak, Organic Baby Lettuce Mix, wish bone italian dressing. Snacks/Other:  fit meal replacement, Sugar Free Dark Chocolate.
