Fat: 54.59g | Prot: 69.25g | Carb: 139.91g.   Breakfast:  almonds, Kelloggs original cereal, natural peanut butter, Rolled Oats, skimmed milk. Lunch:  Balsamic vinegar, canned chicken breast, canned chickpeas, cheese croutons, cucumber, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, kidney beans, pine nuts, romaine lettuce. Dinner:  balsamic vinaigrette, beets, canned chicken breast, cheese croutons, extra virgin olive oil, kidney beans, lettuce, mushroom. Snacks/Other:  blueberry muffin, chocolate covered raisins, unsalted mixed nuts.
