Fat: 54.59g | Prot: 69.25g | Carb: 139.91g.   Breakfast:  Rolled Oats, natural peanut butter, almonds, skimmed milk, Kelloggs original cereal. Lunch:  Balsamic vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, canned chicken breast, romaine lettuce, kidney beans, canned chickpeas, cucumber, cheese croutons, pine nuts. Dinner:  canned chicken breast, cheese croutons, balsamic vinaigrette, lettuce, kidney beans, extra virgin olive oil, beets, mushroom. Snacks/Other:  chocolate covered raisins, unsalted mixed nuts, blueberry muffin.
