Fat: 73.51g | Prot: 128.03g | Carb: 314.97g.   Breakfast:  Oats, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Sugar. Lunch:  Egg, Whole Wheat Bread, Eggplant, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  Beef Steak, White Rice, Cooked Dry or Black, Brown or Bayo Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Pound Cake. Snacks/Other:  Shortbread, Rice Crackers.
