Fat: 51.59g | Prot: 73.77g | Carb: 249.99g.   Breakfast:  Creamy Peanut Butter, Honey, western bagel. Lunch:  Sushi with Vegetables rolled in Seaweed, Sushi with Vegetables rolled in Seaweed. Dinner:  Broccoli, Chicken Dark Meat (Roasting, Cooked, Roasted), Light Mayonnaise, Oranges, Real Bacon Bits, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts. Snacks/Other:  Non Fat Frozen Yogurt.
