Fat: 56.85g | Prot: 58.49g | Carb: 48.55g.   Breakfast:  Egg White , Green Tea, Green Tea, Jalapeno Greek Yogurt Dip. Lunch:  Celery , Chunky Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip. Dinner:  Authentic Taboule, Cucumber (with Peel), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh, Sugarhouse Maple Breakfast Chicken Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Air Popped Popcorn, Clementines , Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Red Salsa, Tortilla Strips.
