Fat: 53.74g | Prot: 82.87g | Carb: 163.10g.   Breakfast:  D-Lights Turkey Sausage Breakfast Bowl, Sugar Free Hazelnut Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Cafe Bowl Chicken Caesar Salad, Deli Fresh Mesquite Smoked Shaved Turkey Breast, Oranges. Dinner:  Kielbasa Hillshire Farms, Perogi Cheese, Steams in the Bag - Broccoli, Carrots & Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, Great Grains Protein, Hummus, Snap Pea Pods.
