Fat: 76.48g | Prot: 171.42g | Carb: 177.87g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Egg, Egg White , Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Cucumber (with Peel) , Broccoli Slaw, Multi-Grain Bread, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned) , Light Mayonnaise . Dinner:  Udon Noodles, pork, vegatable stirfry. Snacks/Other:  Colby Jack Cheese, Whole Wheat Fig Bar, Fuji Apples, Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) .
