Fat: 78.26g | Prot: 116.53g | Carb: 111.93g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Tortilla Corn Chips. Lunch:  Cheddar Style Shreds, Chicken Meat (Roasting), Dried Cranberries, Organic Spring Mix, Ortega tortilla strips, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Broccoli, Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  7 Sprouted Grains Bread, Low Sugar Concord Grape Jelly, SunButter.
