Fat: 25.74g | Prot: 47.18g | Carb: 161.75g.   Breakfast:  Creme Brulee Liquid Coffee Creamer, Bananas, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), cinnamon toast crunch. Lunch:  Avocados, Green Leaf Lettuce, Red Bell Pepper, Blazing Buffalo Style Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Chunky Jammin' Jerk Chicken with Rice and Beans. Dinner:  taco cabana black bean taci. Snacks/Other:  Wheat Thins Crackers - Smoky BBQ, Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Sticks, Vodka, Gala Apples.
