Fat: 25.74g | Prot: 47.18g | Carb: 161.75g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, cinnamon toast crunch, Creme Brulee Liquid Coffee Creamer, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch:  Avocados, Blazing Buffalo Style Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Chunky Jammin' Jerk Chicken with Rice and Beans, Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Green Leaf Lettuce, Red Bell Pepper. Dinner:  taco cabana black bean taci. Snacks/Other:  Gala Apples, Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Sticks, Vodka, Wheat Thins Crackers - Smoky BBQ.
