Fat: 62.98g | Prot: 85.36g | Carb: 105.48g.   Breakfast:  Leche Desnatada, Cafe Molido Mezcla, Tostadas Integrales Estilo Rústico, Mermelada Extra de Ciruela Light, Pechuga de Pavo 0% Materia Grasa, Queso Burgos Desnatado, Galletas Relieve, Naranjas. Lunch:  Pan Integral, Sopa de Langosta, Boquerones al Vinagre. Dinner:  Sopa de Langosta, Albóndigas de Carne de Res y Cerdo, Mejillones al Vapor o Escalfados, Aceite de Oliva Extra Virgen, Picos Integrales. Snacks/Other:  Naranjas, Palomitas de Maíz (Hechas en Microondas).
