Fat: 62.98g | Prot: 85.36g | Carb: 105.48g.   Breakfast:  Cafe Molido Mezcla, Galletas Relieve, Leche Desnatada, Mermelada Extra de Ciruela Light, Naranjas, Pechuga de Pavo 0% Materia Grasa, Queso Burgos Desnatado, Tostadas Integrales Estilo Rústico. Lunch:  Boquerones al Vinagre, Pan Integral, Sopa de Langosta. Dinner:  Aceite de Oliva Extra Virgen, Albóndigas de Carne de Res y Cerdo, Mejillones al Vapor o Escalfados, Picos Integrales, Sopa de Langosta. Snacks/Other:  Naranjas, Palomitas de Maíz (Hechas en Microondas).
