Fat: 73.18g | Prot: 142.03g | Carb: 237.19g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Raisins, Sugar, Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  12" Subway Club. Dinner:  Cheddar or American Type Natural Cheese, Ketchup, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  100% Premium Chocolate Whey Protein, Almonds, String Cheese with 2% Milk.
