Fat: 73.18g | Prot: 142.03g | Carb: 237.19g.   Breakfast:  Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Raisins, Sugar, Milk (Nonfat), Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  12" Subway Club. Dinner:  Cheddar or American Type Natural Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread, Ketchup. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, String Cheese with 2% Milk, 100% Premium Chocolate Whey Protein.
