Fat: 49.48g | Prot: 125.95g | Carb: 128.78g.   Breakfast:  almond nuts, Oat Bran, usn pure protein igf. Lunch:  almond nuts, salad. Dinner:  beef sausage, Broccoli & Cauliflower Florets, chicken breast, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  coffee, puffed rice, sugar, tea, USN, usn.
