Fat: 86.46g | Prot: 109.07g | Carb: 215.16g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Bananas, Egg, Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, No pulp, Calcium + vitamin D) (Tropicana Beverages), Turkey Bacon, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins. Lunch:  6" Cold Cut Combo, Apples, Light Lemonade. Dinner:  Avocados, Blackberries, Cherry Tomatoes, Chunk White Chicken (Sweet Sue), Cucumber (Peeled), Just For One - Broccoli & Cheese Sauce, Light & Fit 2x Protein Greek Yogurt - Cherry, Pecan Nuts, Red Bell Pepper, Strawberries, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters), Whole Kernel Corn. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Ice Cream Bars - English Toffee Crunch, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Pecan Nuts, Snack Bars - Peanut Butter (100 Calorie) (South Beach Diet).
