Fat: 47.91g | Prot: 68.98g | Carb: 198.30g.   Breakfast:  Brown & Serve Turkey Sausage Links, Buckwheat Pancakes, Rich Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix (Nestle). Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Hoagie Rolls, All-Natural Fruit Strip - Summer Strawberry, Chewy 90 Calorie Lowfat Granola Bars - Chocolate Chunk, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Lite Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, Low Salt Deli Sliced Ham, Salami, Singles 2% Milk American Cheese Slices, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  New Orleans Style Sausage & Chicken Gumbo. Snacks/Other:  Beef Sticks Smoked Snack, Corn Pops Sweetened Puffed Corn Cereal (Family Size), Granola, Light & Fit Greek - Blueberry, Roarin' Waters - Berry.
