Fat: 61.26g | Prot: 74.03g | Carb: 318.57g.   Breakfast:  Banana Powder or Dehydrated Bananas, Dried Apricot, Dried Currants, Dried Pineapple, Greek Yoghurt. Lunch:  Creamy Carrot and Sweet Potato Soup, White Bread Roll. Dinner:  Passata, sainsbury's spinach and ricotta tortelloni. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Double Chocolate Cookies, Impact Whey Protein.
