Fat: 73.42g | Prot: 50.16g | Carb: 247.60g.   Breakfast:  Apples. Lunch:  Brown Rice, Cheddar Cheese, Green String Beans, Minced Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Olive Oil, Onions, Sugar, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Broccoli, Cabbage, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Rice Crackers, Shortbread.
