Fat: 73.42g | Prot: 50.16g | Carb: 247.60g.   Breakfast:  Apples. Lunch:  Onions, Minced Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Olive Oil, Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Bread, Green String Beans, Sugar, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  White Rice, Cabbage, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Rice Crackers, Shortbread.
