Fat: 42.22g | Prot: 85.03g | Carb: 130.62g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Oatmeal. Lunch:  American Cheese, Dijon Mustard, Oven Prepared Turkey Slices, Sandwich Thins - Honey Wheat. Dinner:  Broccoli, Brown Rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Cheez-It Pepper Jack, Dried Cranberries, NUT-rition Heart Healthy Mix.
