Fat: 98.82g | Prot: 88.46g | Carb: 156.08g.   Breakfast:  All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Blueberries , Butter (Salted) , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Green Tea, Italian Bread . Lunch:  Clam Chowder, Clementines, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Dinner:  Baby Corn, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless (Coating Eaten), Butter (Salted) , Toasted Rye Bread . Snacks/Other:  100% Juice - Orange Mango, Cranberry Almond Thins, Honey Roasted Mixed Nuts with Peanuts.
