Fat: 52.11g | Prot: 96.99g | Carb: 44.41g.   Breakfast:  Advantage Strawberry Shake, Hard-Boiled Egg. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rounds, Chunk Light Tuna In Water (pouch), Dill Relish, Fat Free Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Center Cut Bacon thick sliced (Oscar Mayer), Extra Large Grade AA Egg. Snacks/Other:  1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Smoked Shaved Ham.
