Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Air Popped Popcorn, Apples, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Cucumber (with Peel), Egg White, Minced Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Oats, USN Mega Grow.
