Lunch:  Fried Apples, Pinto Beans, Spicy Grilled Catfish, Turnip Greens. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Cream Of Mushroom Soup (Canned, Condensed), Ice Cream, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken.
