Fat: 86.94g | Prot: 128.43g | Carb: 255.43g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal, Brown Sugar, Milk (Nonfat) , French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Sliced Almonds, Agave Nectar. Lunch:  Pinto Beans, Spicy Grilled Catfish, Turnip Greens, Fried Apples. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Brown Rice, Cream Of Mushroom Soup (Canned, Condensed), Ice Cream.
