Fat: 53.49g | Prot: 97.38g | Carb: 348.09g.   Breakfast:  banana, cheerios, milk. Lunch:  100% Whole Grain Cookies, Baby Carrots, baked lays potato chips, Cottage Cheese 2% Milkfat, Light & Fit Yogurt - Peach, Vitamin Water Power-c Dragonfruit (Bottle). Dinner:  Artisan Bread French Baguette, Italian Sausage and Penne Bowl, milk, Oatmeal Cookie. Snacks/Other:  Light & Fit Yogurt - Raspberry, Natural String Cheese Part Skim, olive oil popcorn, red wine.
