Fat: 91.19g | Prot: 129.32g | Carb: 236.71g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt, ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Powder, mango juice. Lunch:  Egg, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Sliced ham. Dinner:  Macaroni. Snacks/Other:  Caramel Macchiato (Grande), water, water.
