Fat: 128.30g | Prot: 210.10g | Carb: 685.34g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, Kellogg's Lowfat Granola, Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links, Fat Free American Cheese Slices, egg. Lunch:  Club Reduced Fat Crackers, Select Harvest Chicken with Egg Noodles Soup, Reduced Fat String Cheese, Non Fat Greek Yogurt Strawberry. Dinner:  sushi, spring roll, miso. Snacks/Other:  pretzel twist.
