Fat: 73.42g | Prot: 55.54g | Carb: 150.14g.   Breakfast:  Bananas , Coconut Oil, Coffee, Dried Plums, Lightly Salted Potato Chips, Oat Bran Bread , Soymilk Creamer. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese , Egg, Turkey Bacon. Dinner:  Meatless Enchilada with Beans. Snacks/Other:  Licorice, Natural String Cheese Part Skim, Puffed Rice Cake.
