Fat: 94.39g | Prot: 92.80g | Carb: 24.69g.   Breakfast:  coffee, heavy cream. Lunch:  dole tender garden salad mix, Low Carb Meatloaf, olive oil. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, butter, Ground Sirloin, Mushrooms, provolone cheese. Snacks/Other:  celery, isopure, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, sour cream.
