Fat: 38.57g | Prot: 76.15g | Carb: 139.27g.   Breakfast:  fage 0% yogurt, oatmeal, blueberries, chia seeds, smart bacon. Lunch:  quinoa, edamame, raw almonds, better'n , apple. Dinner:  vegetarian chili, hard cheese. Snacks/Other:  soy nuts, coconut water.
