Fat: 49.97g | Prot: 97.28g | Carb: 133.80g.   Breakfast:  kale, eggland's best large egg, cheddar cheese. Lunch:  Everything but lettuce salad, pineapple chunks, cottage cheese. Dinner:  salmon patty, mixed vegetables, green peas , light butter. Snacks/Other:  tea, seed crackers, turkey, airpopped pop corn.
