Fat: 49.97g | Prot: 97.28g | Carb: 133.80g.   Breakfast:  cheddar cheese, eggland's best large egg, kale. Lunch:  cottage cheese, Everything but lettuce salad, pineapple chunks. Dinner:  green peas , light butter, mixed vegetables, salmon patty. Snacks/Other:  airpopped pop corn, seed crackers, tea, turkey.
