Fat: 49.83g | Prot: 59.59g | Carb: 260.13g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee milk sugar. Lunch:  baby carrot, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits (Dry Mix, Prepared), cream cheese, cappuccino. Dinner:  salad, fish stick, cherry tomatoe, feta, yogurt dressing, biscuits digestive, red wine. Snacks/Other:  cappuccino, milk fruit, white chocolate, red wine.
