Fat: 53.77g | Prot: 182.14g | Carb: 205.45g.   Breakfast:  Large Flake Oats, yogurt, milk, egg, banana. Lunch:  tuna, spring onoin, wholemeal, mayo. Dinner:  chicken, tomatoe, spring onion, ciabatta, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  crunchy granola bar, protein shake.
