Fat: 53.77g | Prot: 182.14g | Carb: 205.45g.   Breakfast:  banana, egg, Large Flake Oats, milk, yogurt. Lunch:  mayo, spring onoin, tuna, wholemeal. Dinner:  chicken, ciabatta, olive oil, spring onion, tomatoe. Snacks/Other:  crunchy granola bar, protein shake.
