Fat: 47.95g | Prot: 86.17g | Carb: 119.26g.   Breakfast:  Strawberry Muffin, Protein Drink. Lunch:  Turkey Franks, 45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Mustard, Stuffed Grape Leaves. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Brown Rice, Salsa, Cucumber (Peeled), Yellow Sweet Peppers, Baby Spinach, Fat Free Raspberry Pecan Salad Dressing, Asparagus. Snacks/Other:  Raw Almonds, Protein Ball, Roasted Garlic Hummus, Bananas.
