Fat: 65.69g | Prot: 94.59g | Carb: 143.48g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Creamer sugar free, Egg beater, Green pepper, Ham, Margarine, Milk, Onion, Tea, Toast. Lunch:  Balsamic dressing, Feta cheese, Greek salad, Milk, Peanut butter, Weight watcher wheat bread. Dinner:  Chicken breast cutlet, Pork roast, Weight watcher wheat bread. Snacks/Other:  Horseradish cheese, Pretzel sticks.
