Fat: 52.80g | Prot: 69.71g | Carb: 155.78g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Peaches, Plain Yogurt (Skim Milk), Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat). Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), Lettuce, Oikos Fat Free Greek Yogurt Cherry on The Bottom, Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Pita, Yellow Sweet Peppers. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Hard Rolls (Includes Kaiser), Italian Pork Salami, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Cadbury Dairy Milk Bar, Chai Tea Latte, Trail Mix.
