Fat: 75.59g | Prot: 104.38g | Carb: 180.95g.   Breakfast:  All-Bran Original, Almond Milk, Bananas, Hardwood Smoked Turkey Franks, Sugar Free Blueberry Preserves, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, No pulp, Calcium + vitamin D) (Tropicana Beverages). Lunch:  Italian Sausage Primavera, Light & Fit 2x Protein Greek Yogurt - Cherry, Peaches. Dinner:  Avocados, Blackberries, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Just For One - Broccoli & Cheese Sauce, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Red Bell Pepper, Strawberries, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters), Whole Kernel Corn. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Cinnamon Roast Almonds 100 Calorie Pack, Ice Cream Bars - English Toffee Crunch, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Pecan Nuts, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters).
