Fat: 39.14g | Prot: 103.52g | Carb: 238.50g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, berry flakes, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Plain Shredded Wheat. Lunch:  Butternut Winter Squash, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ginger (Ground), Green Snap Beans (Frozen) , Minced Garlic, Mushrooms, Organic Whole Baby Asparagus, Red Tomatoes, Spinach, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Zucchini. Dinner:  Red Kidney Beans. Snacks/Other:  Cream Cheese, Feta Cheese , Plums , Sugar Free Mixed Berries.
